The picture above shows four different training drills taking place. The first player at the bottom left behind the goal post is running with the ball through the cones in a zig-zag motion. This drill improves the movement with the ball and dribbling skills.
The White players on the ride side of the goal post are running through the three cones, placed in front of them, with the ball. After reaching the orange cone, they take a shot at the far post to score a goal. This improves the finishing and shooting skills of the players. Moreover, it also helps the goalkeeper to practice his reflexes in front of the goal.
The white player at Top right corner is training using The Speed Ladders, also called Hurdles. This drills helps improve the speed and agility of the football play, which are of prime importance for a football player. The players in Blue at the right side of the goal are also performing a shooting drill like the white players, diagonal to them. They run with the ball, and after reaching the yellow cone they take a shot at goal, where the goalkeeper is also ready to save the goal.
