The picture above is of two training drills taking place side by side. Both of the drills are similar to each other.
The drill starts when the player from spot A plays a pass to the player in the center of the field, who comes forward by the side of the mannequin to receive the ball. After receiving the ball, the player goes around the mannequin and play a pass to the player at spot B. He receives the ball and plays it back to the player at the center, who plays a through ball for the player at spot B. He comes forward to receive the ball and dribbles the ball all the way to spot C.
Then the player at spot C, starts the drill on his side by playing a pass to the other player at the center of the field. He also comes forward from behind the mannequin to receive the ball and after receiving the ball, goes past the mannequin to play a pass to the player at spot D. The player at spot D, receives the ball and plays it back to the center player who plays a minus ball back to him and the player from D dribbles the ball till the end to conclude his side of the drill.
