Ball circulation with play shifting and counter-pressing

The picture above is of a training drill. It involves the players in Red and Blue in the Yellow box and two players in White on either side of the box.

The drill starts when the Blue player from the Yellow box passes the ball to the white player on left side, who plays it back to another Blue player in the box. The Blue players pass to each other in the box in order to keep the possession of the ball. The Red players, also present in the box are trying to steal the ball from them by making an interception. When the Red players take the possession of the ball, they play it to the White player on the right side of the box. The White player on the right side then plays it back for the Red Player, who comes forward in order to receive the ball. The cycle continues.
