Accepting high balls with goal completion

The picture above shows a training drill which involves two spots and a speed ladder.

The drill starts when a player at the bottom runs through the speed ladder/hurdles before reaching the cone in front of him. The player at the cone on the right side throws the ball to him at the cone. After receiving the ball, the player rolls the ball a little before finishing the drill by shooting and scoring a goal where the goalkeeper is also ready in order to stop the attempt.

After this, the players on the right flank and on the left side plays the ball to him similarly and he shoots at the goal to score. This training drill helps the players to enhance there control over the ball and improve their finishing techniques which are very important in the real match scenarios.
