The picture above is of a training drill which involves two teams i.e. Team Blue and Team Orange. Each team consists of six players.
The picture shows that the Blue team is playing in attacking mode while the Orange team acts as the defending side. The last player of Blue team, seen at the bottom plays a pass to his fellow player who plays it to the Blue player on the left flank. The player at the left flank after receiving the ball dribbles the ball forward while the players of orange team start pushing to intercept and have the possession of the ball. The Blue players are also moving forward to score the goal.
This type of training matches are very helpful as it can be done with less players and make the players comfortable with the environment of the game.
