The Cracking of the back four

The picture above shows similar training drills taking place. It involves players in Red, Blue and White kits.

The drill starts when the goalkeeper from the lower side plays a pass to the white player in front of him. He then passes the ball to his fellow white player, who then plays a long pass forward to the red player who lays it simple for the white player approaching the ball. The white player shoots the ball at the goal upon receiving it. Similarly, the ball is also played to the left and right flanks by the white player at that sides which is carried forward the players in the box in order to score a goal.

The drills of this type helps the players to develop a chemistry and bond between themselves which can help the team achieve higher goals as a unit.
