Transitions while passing

The picture above shows a training drill. It takes place on both sides of the field. It involves two cones at each side before shooting the ball at goal.

The drill starts when the Yellow player plays the ball to the player at the first cone, who plays the ball back to the main player. He again plays a pass to the player at the second cone, who passes it back to him. He finishes the drill on his side by shooting at the goal in order to score.

The players at the cone keep changing positions and after the drill on one side ends, the player at the second cone runs to start the drill on the other side of the field. The drill on the other side is similar to the first side.
