DRIBBLE SHOTS ON SCREEN

The picture above is of a training drill. It involves players at four spots i.e. Spots A,B,C and D. The players keep changing their spots throughout the drill.

The drill starts when the player at spot A rolls the ball a little before playing it across the field to the player at spot B. After playing the ball, runs to the spot B to join the queue. The player at spot B after receiving the ball, dribbles the ball through the hurdles and plays it back to the players at spot A and runs past the goal to spot C. The player at spot C rolls the ball a little and then plays it to the player at the cone, who plays it back to him. After receiving the ball, he plays it across the field at spot D and runs to the cone to replace the player as he moves forward.

The player at spot D plays the ball to the player arriving from the cone, who plays it back to him and runs to spot D. The player of spot D after receiving the ball, dribbles it past the mannequins in front of him and takes a shot at the goal from just outside the penalty box.
