The picture above is of a training drill. It involves three sides.
The drill starts when the player from the first side, dribbles the ball through the seven cones placed there and then the six loops which are very useful in improving the speed and agility of players. Then the player rolls the ball through the distantly placed cones on the side 2 in a zigzag path. The player then carries the ball through the cones in a curved and relatively complex pattern to reach the starting point again.
This drill is very helpful as it helps the players to improve their physicality, speed and agility which can help them to showcase better performances in real match scenarios.
