First contact paced football

The picture above is of a training drill. It involves players at four corners i.e. Corner A,B,C and D.

The drill starts a player from corner A dribbles the ball through the cones in front of him and then plays it across the field to the player at corner B. The player at corner B receives the ball, and after receiving the ball dribbles it a little before playing it to the player at corner C. After passing the ball, the player from corner B the player runs over the hurdles and then goes through the speed ladders to join the players at corner C. The player who received the ball from the corner C, dribbles it through the cone and then plays it across the field to corner D. The player from corner D then rolls the ball a little before playing it back at the starting corner A and jumps across the hurdles and then runs in a zigzag pattern to the corner A.

This drill helps to improve the passing, control and agility of the players which are very important for a football player.
