4-3-3 – the newcomer from the 70s

The picture above is of a football ground with two teams i.e. Team Blue and Team Grey on the ground. The Team Blue has a formation of 4-3-3 and Team Grey is standing with the formation of 4-4-2.

The Green marked areas show that the players are placed perfectly in that areas. The flanks are or side left/right midfield are marked red which means that these areas need correction. The Blue players in the midfield should spread to the sides but they are placed very close together. The Grey players on the flank should be marked as the flank position is very important and mostly plays a vital role in moving forward to score goals.

A good and effective formation is always important to create an impact on the game and set the temperament of the game.
