Improved Strength and Coordination

The picture above shows a football ground with different training equipment. The sides of the ground are divided so that more players can train differently at the same time.

The players in Pink, practice with the equipment on the upper side of the field, while the players in Blue practice with the equipment on the lower side of the ground. The equipment include Speed ladder which are very useful and important as they help in enhancing the stamina and agility of the players. Training hurdles can be seen in the photo above at the spot 5 and 3 in the upper portion and spot 2 and 6 in the lower portion. They are very helpful in developing speed and power of the players. They can be used in variety of training drills as we can see in the spot 6, they are placed in a zig-zag pattern to train the players for improving the agility and dribbling of players.
