The picture above shows a training drill. It involves a total of eight players with four players from Red team and four players from Yellow team.
The drill starts when a Red player after performing a short running drill moves to towards the middle of the field, where the other Red player with the ball passes it to him while the Yellow players act as defenders and try to intercept the ball to gain possession. The Red player after receiving the ball, plays it to the other Red player on the right side of the field. The player on the right side, receives the ball and carries it towards the cones placed at the side of the box to end the drill.
This drill helps the player to learn how to handle pressure situations and pushing on the opposition in real match scenarios.
